Beats

EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS (CONTACT FOR PRICES): By purchasing exclusive rights to one of our beats, you will be allowed to use the beats for all profitable commercial purposes. This includes use of the beats on CD releases, television, and radio. Once exclusive rights have been obtained, no one else will be granted the rights to use the beat. Exclusive rights can only be sold to one user, and cannot, by the terms of contract, be sold to anyone else. Once exclusive rights have been purchased, you will receive a CD in the mail containing the full beat tracked out in data format ( wav ) as well as a mixed audio format ( can be played in a cd player).  You will also receive a contract to be signed by both us and you granting you the exclusive rights to the beat.  

LEASING RIGHTS (CONTACT FOR PRICES): By purchasing leasing rights to one of our beats, you will be allowed to use the beats for only ONE profitable commercial purpose. This also means that your rights to the beat are non-exclusive, and in this case, people can still purchase exclusive or leasing rights to the same beat. So if you want to do a demo, or are just recording a demo, or are making an album on a low budget. Once leasing rights are purchased, you will receive a CD in the mail containing the full beat mixed down in either data format ( wav ) or audio format ( can be played in a cd player). You can also opt to get the beat in both formats if you need it. LEASING A BEAT WILL NOT GET YOU A TRACKED OUT VERSION. You will also receive a contract to be signed by both us and you granting you the leasing rights to the beat.  

CUSTOM BEATS ($500+ per beat): Custom Beats are available for the more established artists and record companies who are serious about putting together an artist's Album/EP project and have the budget to finance such a project. Custom Beats are sold to only one user and the exclusive rights to use the obtained Custom Beat cannot be resold or transferred to any other party. We will work with you to make the track just the way you want it. Prices will vary depending on the complexity of the track, and how long it takes to come up with the final accepted version but pricing starts at $500 per Custom Beat.

Song & Hook Writing

Got a killer delivery or an incredible singing voice but just cant write the lyrics to portray your true feelings? Let us write for you!
You can get one of us to write for your song, for a reasonable price. This option is priced higher than a guest appearance since we don't perform the music, we just write it..
This option includes having us write to a beat that we didn't create, so don't be afraid to ask.

Song & Hook Writing (CONTACT FOR PRICES): Choose from an exclusive selection of songs that are pre-written by the artist of your choice. All we ask for is a copy of the beat (if its not one of ours), this way we can aid you in making the best selection for the type of song you might want. Once we narrow it down to what we think you would like, we will ask you to provide a contact number, so that we can perform the selections over the phone, and you can pick whichever song you think is right for you.

Custom Song & Hook Writing (CONTACT FOR PRICES): The artist of your choice will write an entire song to the beat of your choosing. The pricing of this option is based on, complexity of the idea, and the creative skills possessed to portray your idea correctly. We will discuss the idea you have in mind, and any modifications that need to be made to the lyrics as the song is being written. This enables you to get the best lyrics possible for your concept.

Note: All written material is copywritten and registered by ASCAP, so all the thieves expecting to steal a song or hook, expect a law suit as well. :-)

Guest Appearances

You can get one or both of us to appear on your song, for a reasonable price. This option is priced lower than just the song or hook writing since we perform the music, so our voice and name will be heard.

On a verse ($150):  The artist of your choice will write and perform 1 verse on your selected recording. The pricing of this option includes our studio time costs, and a performance fee. 
 

On the hook ($200): The artist of your choice will write and perform the hook on your selected recording. The pricing of this option includes our studio time costs, and a performance fee. Since the hook often makes the song

Both : ($300)
 

Payment and Shipping

PAYMENT METHODS
I accept the following forms of payment:

Pay Pal: A secure, reliable, and fast way to send money. You can use any type of payment through Pay Pal. Click Here to set up an account for free.
Money Order: You can purchase a money order at banks, local stores with a Western Union inside, or at post offices.
Western Union: You may send a same day money wire through a local Western Union location.
Personal/Business Checks: Allow 3-5 days for checks to clear before your package is sent off.
